Glassware retouching for Grace Era
I didn’t even realise straight away that I was retouching for Grace Era exactly!

They are specialize in boutique production and bespoke designs, blending handcrafted techniques with contemporary style to create elegant, fashionable, and personalized glassware.
Retouching glass requires a keen eye and a keen sensitivity to all the subtle shifts in light and colour.

The colour accents I’ve added are a blue-tinted background and the bright fruits and berries in the cocktail. This effectively conveys a sense of freshness on a sweltering day, whilst also highlighting the brand’s niche appeal.

Similarly, there isn’t a single superfluous shade in the promotional photos – instead, there is a whole spectacle of glints dancing on the glass.

Looking back at these photos a few months later, I realised that I do indeed have a wealth of experience in commercial work for perfumes and various glassware. Although most of my colleagues are finding their niche in beauty and fashion, I am delighted to take on a wide variety of commercial still-life or catalogue photography commissions.
